Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. will design and install a turnkey solar PV system at the Albuquerque, N.M., Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System.

The scope of the $20 million contract includes designing and installing a 3.2 MW PV system throughout the site, including carport and roof-mounted arrays, as well as implementing a building-integrated system to help reduce demand from the local utility grid. This will be the largest PV system in New Mexico, according to Eaton.
